RWSSP-WN II organized a participatory video training in Aama VDC, Rupandehi district in May 2014. The training participants learned to use a video camera and record by themselves community owned short stories on sanitation and hygiene. As a result, they prepared a participatory video called ‘Badlaav’. Through the participatory video method it is possible to record local views, activities, strategies and challenges for achieving ODF, and to explore more sensitive, personal aspects of sanitation and hygiene.
