WSP++ satisfaction survey completed by Biradada WUSC in Sekham VDC, Syangja district. The staff presented the survey findings in a mass meeting and WUSC/WSP team decided on some updates to their WSP/O&M Plan. WUSC found the satisfaction survey to be a useful tool to discuss the WSP/O&M efforts and their effectiveness with users.
